Privacy notice
How we handle your data.
This notice explains what personal data nactore.com collects, why, who sees it and the rights you have under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).
Last updated 7 October 2026This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising pixels. We only hold the details you choose to send us, and we use them to reply to you.
1. Who is responsible
The controller (under the DPDP Act, the data fiduciary) is Nactore Technologies LLP, 301, 3rd Floor, Ackruti Star, Chakala MIDC, Mumbai 400093, India. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@nactore.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. The same address reaches our privacy and grievance contact.
2. What we collect, and why
Contact form and emails you send us
Your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, company, what you need and your message. We use it to reply and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The form sends your message straight to our inbox; the website itself does not store it.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Under the DPDP Act, you provide this data voluntarily for this purpose (section 7(a)).
Free AI check
The website address you enter and, if you ask for the report by email, your email address. We use it to run the check and send you the report, and we may follow up about that report once. Legal basis: your consent, given with the tick box (GDPR Article 6(1)(a); DPDP Act section 6). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Booking a call
"Book a free call" opens Calendly, our scheduling provider. Calendly only loads when you click that button. The name, email and answers you enter there are shared with us so we can hold the call. Legal basis: steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These technical logs are short-lived. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, we do not build profiles, and we do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send it.
3. Cookies
nactore.com sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts, so there is no cookie banner. If you click "Book a free call", Calendly's booking window loads and may set its own cookies, covered by Calendly's privacy notice.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use these service providers, each under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and delivery of contact-form emails.
- Google Workspace: our email inbox.
- Resend: sends the free AI check report by email.
- Calendly: call scheduling, only if you book a call.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or regulator.
5. International transfers
We are based in India, so if you are in the EU or the UK your data will be processed in India and, through our providers, in other countries such as the United States. The European Commission and the UK government have not made an adequacy decision for India. Where our providers transfer data out of the EU or UK, they rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and emails: up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, for the length of the engagement plus the period Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep business records.
- Free AI check: the website does not store the report or your email. Our email provider keeps a delivery record for a limited period under its own policy.
- Calendly bookings: as long as needed to hold the call and follow up, within the 24-month limit above.
7. Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under the DPDP Act you can ask for a summary of your data and who it was shared with, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, use our grievance process, and nominate someone to act for you.
Email hello@nactore.com to use any of these rights. We will answer within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first. It is free.
8. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to a regulator: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, the data protection authority where you live or work; in India, the Data Protection Board of India, after using our grievance process.
9. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to our inbox and providers is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
10. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
